A Lenten Journey Through the Eyes of Those Who Were There
In From the Cross to the Empty Tomb, Bishop Arthur Serratelli leads readers on a profound Lenten meditation through the final hours of Jesus Christ's life. Rather than observing the Passion from a distance, this devotional invites you to step into the story alongside those who walked with Jesus: Peter, Judas, Simon of Cyrene, Mary Magdalene, and Our Lady. Each reflection opens a window into the human experience of faith, doubt, courage, and love at the foot of the Cross.
Following the ancient path of the via crucis, the Way of the Cross, this book offers a structured yet deeply personal approach to Lenten prayer. Whether used for private reflection or as part of a parish Lenten program, it draws readers into a richer understanding of God's saving love and the hope of the Resurrection.
