How long does standard shipping take?
Stocked items usually ship within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on your location, the carrier, and the shipping service selected. Special orders and items shipped by the manufacturer have separate lead times.

Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout and choose your nearest location. Most orders are ready within 1 business day.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, no return shipping required.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Contact accounts@regers.com before returning an item.
We cover return shipping for eligible items, except candles, candle fuel and wine, for which customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable when candles or wine are returned.
Perishable goods such as hosts or wine, custom and personalized items, special orders, sale and clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for parishes, dioceses, religious organizations, and qualified retailers. Our wholesale program provides access to discounted pricing on liturgical supplies, vestments, candles, Bibles, and more.
