A Large Hand-Cut Imported Crystal Ambry Set for the Dignified Storage of Holy Oils
Large Hand-Cut Crystal Ambry Set for Holy Oils by Koleys Inc. is a premium liturgical oil set crafted from hand-cut imported crystal, offering a generous 28-ounce capacity per bottle for parishes with larger sacramental needs. The set includes three crystal decanters with flat disc stoppers, each engraved with a cross and the oil designation -- OI (Oil of Catechumens), OS (Oil of the Sick), and SC (Sacred Chrism). Standing 10-3/8 inches tall including the stopper on a 4-5/8-inch diameter base, these bottles present a clean, modern architectural form that brings both beauty and clarity to the sacristy ambry.
An OC (Oil of Chrism) designation is also available -- please contact Reger's when ordering if you require this option. This set is an excellent appointment for cathedrals, large parishes, and religious communities that require a substantial supply of each holy oil throughout the liturgical year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: What are the three holy oils in this set?
Answer: OI is the Oil of Catechumens, used in preparation for Baptism. OS is the Oil of the Sick, used in the Anointing of the Sick. SC is Sacred Chrism, used at Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Orders. All three are blessed by the bishop at the annual Chrism Mass.
Question: Is an OC designation available?
Answer: Yes. An OC (Oil of Chrism) designation is available as an alternative to SC. Please contact Reger's when ordering to specify this option.
Question: How does this differ from the K-71 ambry set?
Answer: The K-72 is a larger set with a 28-ounce capacity per bottle (vs. 6-1/2 oz. for the K-71) and a taller, flat-shouldered decanter form with a flat disc stopper. The K-71 features a classic bulbous decanter with a round ball stopper. The K-72 is better suited for cathedrals and large parishes with greater oil storage needs.
